There is more to RC Cars than running a trail or going fast.
Cars for All
Our campers were gifted hobby-level R/C Rock Crawlers to build and take home. We had two private donors that donated to provide all needed R/C cars and add on parts.
All The Parts
With all the parts that were supplied, the campers had hours of taking apart and rebuilding their Rock Crawlers.
Mechanical Skills on a Small Scale
Luckily we had two R/C gurus/auto mechanics. The young men learned about steering knuckles, suspension installation and adjustment, steering and suspension linkage, creating a low center of gravity for better crawling results, and the multiple different parts of the R/C Crawler.
